We’ve recently updated our Everyday Repairs Policy and Larger Repairs Policy, (both can be viewed under the "documents" section) and we’d like your views.

These two policies explain what you can expect when you report a repair, including:

  • how different types of repairs are handled
  • how long repairs usually take
  • how we keep you updated
  • how we prioritise repairs based on safety and risk

Although the policies cover different types of repairs, they both affect how we look after your home—so we’re consulting on them together.
