A self reporting form will be made available for you to tell us your circumstances and how we can help to make things easier.

All the information you give us will be kept completely confidential and we will use the information to make dealing with Tai Calon easier for you.

For example, if you tell us you have a medical condition which means you need to keep warm, we can put you on the priority list for any repairs to do with heating.
