Vulnerability Working Group

Here at Tai Calon, we have a group of staff that come together every month to talk about what we can do to make our services easier for our customers with vulnerability.

We will be updating this page every month with things we have talked about, things we are planning to do and things we have done.

If you have any ideas of how we can flex our services to make it easier for you, for example, 'I have an autistic child, ask me what would make your visit easier for us', then please tell us below
